Registration for the Anniversary Congress is processing online by filling respective Form.

Please complete the fields carefully.

The Organizing Committee thanks you in advance for the correct indication of personal data, that will facilitate communication with you regarding the Anniversary Congress.

We recommend writing your first and last names according to the identity card, as these will appear on the badge and the certificate of participation, exactly you filled them in the Registration Form.

Incomplete and/or incorrect spelling of the first and last names may lead to the invalidation of the CME credited participation certificate by the competent national institutions. Any complaints and corrections will not be accepted after the registration deadline.

Collected personal data are the following: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address. The data are processed responsibly for the following purposes:

• communication and feedback;
• statistical analysis of the participants' profile (acadamic|scientific possition, age category, specialty, thematic preferences, field of interests, participation in congress with or without abstract, etc.);
• evaluation and publication of scientific papers;
• elaboration of the Congress scientific program;
• offering participation certificate.
